The Workforce Partnership (TWP) is a consortium of local governments funded by the Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). TWP is a component of a network of organizations that focus on both assisting employers in hiring qualified workers and helping job seekers to develop the skills and abilities necessary to secure gainful employment. TWP administers a variety of employment related services under the auspices of the WIOA. The Partnership represents the Town of Oyster Bay, Town of North Hempstead and the City of Glen Cove under the Act.

If you are a Job Seeker, the Resource Areas at our two Career Centers are designed primarily to support you in your self-directed job search and specially designed staff are available to assist you. The Workforce Partnership jointly operates Workforce New York Career Centers in Hicksville and Massapequa.
